Platon Alexiades

Platon Alexiades was born in Alexandria, Egypt before emigrating to Canada in his youth.

He has been an avid military and naval history researcher for over forty years. A frequent visitor of archives in several countries, his main focus is allied submarine operations of the Second World War. He has contributes to several books and websites such as uboat.net, warsailors and marinearchiv.

He is a computer consultant and lives in Montreal.
